Banks Sadler are proud to announce that they had been awarded the global venue finding contract for Alstom. The contract will be managed out of Banks Sadler operations in London, Paris and Düsseldorf with the multilingual teams fulfilling Alstom’s requirements from 60 different countries. The account was won after a full market tender against other leading event and venue finding agencies from across Europe.
Alstom is a global leader in equipment and services for power generation and rail transport with a turnover of almost 19 billion Euros and more than 80,000 employees.
"In order to achieve greater efficiency, optimise cost and provide full support to our meetings and events organisers, Alstom has set up new processes and selected Banks-Sadler as Preferred venue search agency worldwide." Commented Samira Bordo Group indirect sourcing, Alstom.
Xavier Cadiou, European Development Director, Banks Sadler commented, "This is great news for our business and we are very much looking forward to working with Alstom. We will be focusing on streamlining processes, consolidating spend and improving terms and conditions to ensure Alstom‘s meeting costs offer the best possible value for money."
Leigh Jagger, CEO, Banks Sadler added, "The win reinforces the decision to open our European offices and confirms our ability to offer multinational clients the required expertise and local knowledge in key international markets along with our usual excellent levels of service and support."
This account win heralds a great start to 2010 for Banks Sadler, which has already seen them secure a new account from within the legal sector as well as retain one of their key financial clients after a full market tender.
